| Training & Development Coordinator | |
Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm This position will be responsible for assisting the company in development, implementation, evaluation and tracking of internal training programs that support the company. This leader would enable Credit Management's employees to acquire skill and knowledge capability in order to achieve visible and measurable performance improvement in business results. This position will spend over 50% of their time involved with the training and development of new and existing employees in the company's account recovery department. Employee will be required to spend a minimum of six months as an entry level Account Associate and show the ability toe be a productive Account Associate, before moving into the training role. Once the employee has mastered this department, they will begin to partner with other department managers in developing training programs to help support those departments.
