This person will perform HR Generalist duties for the Grand Island, NE division (approx. 175 employees). Primary job duties include: recruiting, payroll administration and benefits administration for division location. Responsible for employee relations and coordination of company activities. Ensures compliance with legal and corporate guidelines. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related area and 2 years experience OR 5 years of HR Generalist experience preferred. Training & Development Coordinator

Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm

This position will be responsible for assisting the company in development, implementation, evaluation and tracking of internal training programs that support the company. This leader would enable Credit Management's employees to acquire skill and knowledge capability in order to achieve visible and measurable performance improvement in business results.

This position will spend over 50% of their time involved with the training and development of new and existing employees in the company's account recovery department. Employee will be required to spend a minimum of six months as an entry level Account Associate and show the ability toe be a productive Account Associate, before moving into the training role. Once the employee has mastered this department, they will begin to partner with other department managers in developing training programs to help support those departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with training of new and existing employees on becoming productive and quality Account Associates
  • Partner with management in developing training programs for all of the company's departments
  • Required to become an ACA (American Collectors Association) certified trainer
  • Deliver new hire training courses and evaluate new hire performance to ensure company expectations are met
  • Deliver training and education programs that enhance job performance for existing staff
  • May lead staff conferences, professional meetings, seminars and other events
  • Responsible for partnering with front-line supervisors, managers and HR to implement team and organizational effectiveness initiatives (e.g. team effectiveness, customized trainings, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Company may assist with relocation costs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Minimum of three years of training, management or supervisory experience
  • Employee must be have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
  • Strong background in development and facilitation
  • Strong organizational, management, coaching and leadership skills
  • Training and development experience including current training methods, materials design and program development
