“Reality Based Leadership—Call for a Few Great Leaders”
Cy helps leaders understand the futility of their current leadership methods, while outlining the true source of the leadership pain, which has been intensified by the current business climate. Leaders need to become Reality Based Leaders. Reality Based Leaders are quickly able to see and accept the reality of the situation, conserve precious team energy, and use that energy instead to create great impact and amazing results.

Also, she will present: “Returning Results to the Workplace”

Cy will offer great strategies which will provide participants with a variety of techniques to conserve resources normally expended in drama, and focus those resources on opportunities that have a chance of returning on the investment.

Our 10th Anniversary Celebration meeting is on November 12th , 2009 and will be held at the Interstate Holiday Inn just south of Grand Island. Cy Wakeman will begin her session at 4:00 pm. We will take a break at 5:00 pm for a social hour. Then Cy will begin again at 6:00 pm and we will have appetizers and a light meal for everyone to enjoy while Cy continues her presentation. The meeting will conclude at 7:30 pm. We will have door prizes and a raffle for a Wii!!
